George Secor has a 19-tone well temperament in which each root-positiion major triad from F to C# has its 5th, major 3rd, and minor 3rd equal-beating. There are 3 extra tones added to supply 11s in the 3 best keys (F, C, and G). The 19 tones are to be mapped to a Bosanquet generalized keyboard in a chain of fifths from Abb to Dx, and the 3 extra tones (Bv, F^, and C^) are mapped at both ends of the chain to the same positions they would occupy in 31-equal. George Secor I'd use neither an EDO nor a JI set, but rather my 13-limit 19+3 well-temperament:
George Secor states it's a triple-purpose tuning:
1) A 13-tone meta-meantone for performing old music;
2) An irregular 19-tone circle of 5ths (actually only 2 different sizes of 5ths);
3) 15-limit otonal ogdoads on F, C, and G (tempered)
